Cass County Soil & Water Conservation District

Our Mission:  The Cass County Soil & Water Conservation District acts to protect & promote health of our soil and water in Cass County, Indiana. 


What We Do:  The Cass County SWCD works cooperatively with local, state, and federal partners to promote health of our soil and water in Cass County, Indiana.   On a local level, we work with landowners, educators, conservation groups, municipalities,  parks, and many other entities!  All Indiana SWCDs also cooperate closely and are part of the Indiana Conservation Partnership which includes:   Indiana State Department of Agriculture, the Natural Resources Conservation Service,  Purdue Extension, Farm Service Agency, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Indiana Assocation of Soil & Water Districts, and the State Soil Board.
